Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Adsine offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features of your chosen plan — no credit card required. This trial period is provided so you can fully evaluate the service before making any payment.

Once a payment is made after the trial period, it is non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the service during the free trial.

2. Exceptions — Refund Will Be Issued

A refund will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate/Double Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
• Service Outage: If our platform was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our end.

In both cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the incident with proof.

3. No Refund For

• Change of mind after payment
• Partial month usage
• Not using the service after subscribing
• Features not meeting personal expectations (please use the free trial to evaluate)
• Violation of our Terms of Service

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.

5. How to Report a Duplicate Payment

Email us at support@adsine.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Transaction ID / payment receipt
• Screenshot of the duplicate charge
